GUINARD, Yvan
It is with great sadness that the family announces Yvan’s
passing in Sudbury on Sunday, March 29, 2020 at the age of 75
years. He was the beloved husband of the late Rita (née Funck)
Guinard, Cherished son of Leonie (née Labelle) and the late Leo
Guinard, loving father of Steve Guinard, dear brother of Jean-
Marc (Sue-Jean), Alain, Michèle Dupuis (Raymond) and Ginette
Monroe (William). He will be sadly missed by his nieces and
nephews Derek, Christina, Dale, Tammy, Eric, Michael, Peter
and by many relatives and friends. Yvan enjoyed being
outdoors in nature picking blueberries and gathering firewood.
He had a green thumb as an avid gardener and participated in
many marathons. As per Yvan’s request there will be no
visitation or service. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the
COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, Sudbury.
