It is with great sorrow that the family announces her passing in Val Caron, Friday, September 18th, 2020 at the age of 69 years. Beloved wife of the late Denis McLennan. Daughter of the late Kenneth and the late Ruth (née Boal) Ricker. Loving mother of Lori Lavallée (Marc) and Steven McLennan. Dear sister of Terry Ricker (Jackie) and Cathy Ricker. Predeceased by her brother Wayne Ricker (Linda). Cherished grandmother of Brandon McLennan, Kylie Lavallée, Taryn Lavallée and Brooklyn Lavallée. She will be greatly missed by her life-long friend, Elaine. As per Valerie’s wishes there will be no visitation or service. www.cooperativefuneralhome.ca
