It is with sadness that we announce the sudden passing of 47 year old Tim Bélanger on December 27, 2022 at the Health Sciences North Hospital in Sudbury. Beloved son of Reina (nee Bélisle) Bélanger (Cléo) and Richard Belanger. Loving father of Alexis Bélanger (Justin). Dear brother of Ken Bélanger (Holly). Dearest uncle to his niece Alyssa, his nephew Keegan, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Beloved godson to his amazing uncle Gaetan Bélisle (Joan).

He was an avid outdoorsman. He loved to fish and cook a fish fry for others, creating heartwarming memories with those closest to him. He spoke of his fishing adventures fondly. He was a devoted fan of the Boston Bruins, the Pittsburgh Steelers and most importantly, his favorite band Megadeth.

He worked in the family business at BELANGER READY MIX for most of his adult life. He enjoyed working alongside his dad and uncles Donald and Norman Bélanger. You could say he was a jack of all trades, but he took pride especially delivering cement to the residents of his community.

Tim was the happiest spending time with his daughter Alexis and at family and other various gatherings. He was the jokester and everyone enjoyed having him around. He will be missed by many. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. www.cooperativefuneralhome.ca



C’est avec tristesse que nous annonçons le décès soudain de Tim Bélanger, 47 ans, le 27 décembre 2022 à l’Hôpital Horizon Santé Nord à Sudbury. Cher fils de Reina (née Bélisle) Bélanger (Cléo) et Richard Bélanger. Père bien-aimé d’Alexis Bélanger (Justin). Cher frère de Ken Bélanger (Holly). Oncle le plus cher à sa nièce Alyssa, à son neveu Keegan, ainsi qu’à de nombreux, oncles, tantes, cousins et amis. Cher filleul de Gaétan Bélisle (Joan).

C’était un passionné de plein air. Il aimait pêcher et cuisiner une friture de poisson pour les autres, créant des souvenirs réconfortants avec ses proches. Il a parlé de ses aventures de pêche avec tendresse. Il était un fan dévoué des Bruins de Boston, des Steelers de Pittsburgh et surtout de son groupe préféré Megadeth.

Il a travaillé dans l’entreprise familiale chez BELANGER READY MIX pendant la majorité de sa vie adulte. Il aimait travailler aux côtés de son père et de ses oncles Donald et Norman Bélanger. On pourrait dire qu’il était un touche-à-tout, mais il était particulièrement fier de livrer du ciment aux résidents de sa communauté.

Tim était le plus heureux lorsqu’il passait du temps avec sa fille Alexis et lors de réunions de famille. Il était le plaisanteur et tout le monde aimait l’avoir autour de lui. Il manquera à beaucoup. Une célébration de la vie aura lieu à une date ultérieure. www.cooperativefuneralhome.ca
