I had the honour and privilege of knowing and caring for Nicholas Fex during his childhood.  I was always humbled and inspired by his love of life and his infectious smile.  Nicholas and his mother Lynn taught me so much about how to truly care for families who journey through chronic medical conditions and it has made meaningful difference in the care I provide to my patients.  

Lynn... you are a remarkable mother and Nicholas was blessed to be your son.  I will miss Nicholas' sarcastic humour and his wonderful smile.
