Will always remember growing up with Auntie Jeanette and Uncle Leo across the street. It was always nice smelling Auntie Jeanette's soup and convincing uncle Leo to allow us a pop for a float (that we weren't supposed to have). It was nice to have "grandparents" right across the street to play with their earrings, trinkets, bombshelter foods, or thrift-worthy garage items.
