It is with great sorrow that the family announces his passing, in Sudbury at Health Sciences North, at the age of 75 years. Loving son of Martin and Anni (née Kruger) Blaffert. Cherished husband of Lorraine (née Frappier) Blaffert. Loving father of Brenda and Brian (Giselle) Blaffert. He will be sadly missed by his favorite grandson Brayden. Dear brother of Zeke Blaffert (Linda). Dieter will also be missed by his extended family and friends, the family would like thank them for all their love and devotion. The family would like to thank the staff at Health Sciences North, 6th floor of the south tower for their care and support. Throughout Dieter’s life, his calming energy touched everyone’s heart in a positive way.
