It is with heavy hearts that the family announces his sudden passing in Sudbury on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at the age of 62 years. Son of the late Yvanhoe Forgues and Madeleine Marleau. Stepmother Monique James. Predeceased by his wife Kelly (née Cayer) Forgues. Loving father of Andy Forgues (Jen), Pat Forgues and Tiffany Forgues (Marc). Cherished grandfather of Jayce and Norah. Dear brother of Ginette and Frank. Survived by his stepbrothers and sisters Kathy, Lori, Brent and Mark. Predeceased by his sister Andrée and his brother Roy. He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Charles will be remembered for his gentle soul, his smile and charm that would light up any room and could grab a guitar and turn a bad time into a good time. Chuck was a Jack of all trades, an outdoorsman. He worked for Neelon Casting Ltd for many years. He worked for Moose Mountain Fisheries as a scuba diver and fish tech. He was a trapper, a fisherman. He made bullets into jewelry. Chuck had such an inspirational quality. His heart was too “Big” he would always go out of his way give the shirt off his back to lend a helping hand. This world was heavy and unfair at times. I take comfort in the fact that you are with mom and close family. Swim with the fish and fly with the birds you are free now. We love you with all eternity save us a seat we will meet again! In keeping with Charles’ wishes there will be no visitation or service.
