With heavy hearts, our family announces the passing of Cathy Frauts on Saturday, October 26th, 2019 at the age of 56 years at Health Sciences North in Sudbury. A courageous battle with cancer. She passed away peacefully with her husband by her side. Beloved wife and best friend to Bruce Frauts. Loving daughter of the late Lionel and late Germaine Lefrançois. Cherished daughter-in-law to Rita Tiffin, Al (predeceased), Dennis and Lorna Frauts. Loving mother to Alison Frauts (Kramer) and Drew Frauts (Noémie). Dear sister to Leona Asselin (Andy), Vivian Roy (Max), Rejean Lefrançois (Lynda), Leonard Lefrançois (Louise), Rene Lefrançois (Candy), Mario Lefrançois (Fran), Gilles Lefrançois (Wendy), and Ginette Lefrançois (Gilles). Sister-in-law to Terry Frauts (Kim) and Rod Frauts (Shirley). Step sister-in-law to Troy (predeceased), Susan, Shelley, and Mark Tiffin. Adored aunt and matante to nieces and nephews: Mitch and Danny Asselin, Joel and Justin Roy, Chad, Maigan and Scott Lefrançois, Zachary Lefrançois, Shawn Dawkins, Jason, Josh and Sarah Lefrançois, Jeremy and Riley Lefrançois, Ashley Lefrancois, Katreena Francoeur, Teri-Kristen Kellner, Dirk Frauts (predeceased) and Scott Frauts. Forever loved and in our hearts. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd., Sudbury on Friday, November 1st, 2019 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 8 p.m. in the funeral home Chapel, Sudbury. Saturday, November 2nd, 2019 from 12 to 4 p.m., family and friends are welcome to join in a celebration of life for Cathy at Cathy and Bruce’s house.
