The family announces his passing in Sudbury, Sunday, April 16, 2023 at the age of 85 years. Husband of the late Madeleine (née Mantha) Vaillancourt. Son of the late Josephus and Lucie (née Laplante) Vaillancourt. Father of Luc Vaillancourt (Lisa), Chantal Vaillancourt (Daniel Charbonneau) and Guy Vaillancourt (Lise Renaud). Dear brother of René Vaillancourt. Predeceased by his sister Eva (Pierre Chayer) and brother Benoit Vaillancourt. Grandfather of Erik, Mattieu, Alex, Valérie and Zoé.
