The family announces with sadness his passing in Sudbury, Monday, January 1, 2018 at the age of 66 years. Husband of Suzanne Paquin (née Lafleur). Son of Jean-Baptiste “Jake” and Florence (née Boucher) Paquin. Loving father of Tina Lafontaine and Jennifer St-Louis (Edgar). Dear brother of Shirley Melanson (Claude), Suzanne Paquin, Ronald Paquin (Marlene), Estelle Daoust (Manny), Lise Larouche (Garry), Richard Paquin (Cynthia) and Bob Paquin (Carole). Cherished grandfather of Nicolas Lafontaine and Jasmine St-Louis. Beloved brother in-law of Lynn Labelle (Roger) and Francine Pauzé (Ray Brosseau). Sadly missed by Mike Lafontaine, Pauline St-Onge (Germain) and Marlene Gaudet (Claude). Also missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A special thanks to Dr. Herranen, and nurses Joanne O’Leary and Sommer from Home Care. Special thanks to the doctors and staff on the 4th floor Palliative Care at Health Sciences North.
