The family announces with sorrow his passing in Sudbury on Saturday, March 11th, 2017 at the age of 78 years. Cherished husband of Flore Couture (née Gignac). Son of the late Robert Couture and Anna Couture (née Seguin). Loving father to Micheline Nimmock(Stephen) and Monique Foreshew (Brian). Sadly missed by his grandchildren, Julie, Kevin, Rebecca and Danielle. Dear brother of Georgette Bergeron (Henri), Réjean Couture (Hélène), Jeannine Lalonde (Laurent), Claire Quenneville (late Gérald), Laurent Couture (Rolande) and Claude Couture. Predeceased by his brothers Lionel, Marcel and Gilles. He was a dedicated educator, filled with kindness, laughter and generosity. The family would like to thank the staff of 4 North at Health Sciences North and to Dr. Knight for their kindness. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4570 St. Joseph St., Hanmer, Thursday, March 16th, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial to take place Friday, March 17th, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Ste-Marguerite d`Youville Parish in Val Thérèse.
