It is with great sorrow that the family announces his passing in Sudbury on Monday, February 6th, 2017 at the age of 63 years. Son of the late George and late Elsie (née Labre) Bene. Loving father of Tammy Bene (Michael Vaillancourt) and Michael Jr Bene. Dear brother of Anne Marie Villeneuve, Victor (Jocelyne), Suzanne Gravel (Gerry), Kathleen and Joseph (Linda). Predeceased by his brothers George Jr. (Laura), Joe (Yvonne) and by his sister Marion Rose. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Michael was always ready to lend a helping hand. He will be remembered for his laughter and lovely smile. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Cooperative Funeral Home, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury on Saturday, February 11th, 2017 from 2-5 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 5 p.m. in the Chapel, Sudbury.
