The family announces with great sorrow her passing at her home in Val Caron, Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at the age of 65 years. Beloved wife of Conrad Laferrière of Val Caron. Daughter of the late Roland and the late Annette (née Marcoux) Champagne. Loving mother of Yves (Pauline) of Barrie, Eric (Michelle) of Val Caron and René (Krista) of Sudbury. Dear sister of Rollande Arcand (late Laurier) of St-Jérôme, Qc, Jean-Louis Champagne (Claire) and Luc Champagne (Carole) both of Sturgeon Falls. Predeceased by her sister Suzanne Champagne and by her brother Gaëtan Champagne (Monique of Sturgeon Falls). Cherished grandmother of Andre, Paul, Ruby, Anissa, Julia, Wyatt, Ava, Olivia and Lainey. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family expresses their most sincere appreciation to Dr. Raymond Jacques, as well as nurses Claire, Marianne and Liane for their kind and compassionate care. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury, Sunday, January 22, 2017 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday at 11 a.m. at Ste-Marguerite d’Youville Church, Val Therese.
