It is with great sadness that our beloved father Henri Taillefer has passed away on January 7th,2017 at the age of 91 years. He is predeceased by his wife Georgette “George” Anglehart. Loving father to Richard (Diane), Robert, Claude (predeceased) friend Jill, Carole, Lloyd (predeceased), Hubert (Ilene), Suzanne (partner Denis). He will be missed by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was the eldest son of Thadde and Rose Anna Taillefer (predeceased). He is survived by his brother Edgar, Leo and Victor. Predeceased by his brothers Ronald, Omer, Raymond, Roland, Marcel, Ernest and sister Gertrude. Special friend to Laurier & Lilly Frappier, as well as the “gang” at Maria’s Cozy Corner Restaurant. Our father was an avid cook and a loyal Montreal Canadians fan. He will be remembered for his great faith in our Lord. Special thanks to the 2nd floor staff at Extendicare Falconbridge nursing home and especially his precious little Renée. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, January 16th, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St-Jean de Brébeuf Church, Sudbury. A reception will follow in the parish hall.
