LACHAPELLE, Victoria Jacqueline (née Lalonde)

It is with great sorrow that the family announces her sudden and peaceful passing at her cottage on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at the age of 65 years. Daughter of Helen (née Provincial) and the late Roger Lalonde. Loving wife of 45 years to Claude Lachapelle. Loving mom of Timothy, James (Mary) and Kassandra. Beloved grandmother to Mia and Declan. Dear sister of Sue, Rick (Lizette) and Wayne. Predeceased by her siblings Brian and Diane (Cleo). Devoted employee of the Sudbury Catholic School Board for 30 years before retiring in 2016. Vicki loved spending time with her family at the cottage in Killarney. She was very caring, kind-hearted and a great listener. Her joy in life was her family. Vicki loved sitting by the lake and watching her grand kids play. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations by cheque or online to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
