The family announces with great sorrow her passing in Sudbury, Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at the age of 93 years. Loving wife of the late Emilien Nadeau. Daughter of the late Ernest and of the late Eva (née Ménard) O’Bonsawin. Loving mother of Germain (Hélène), Jacqueline McFate (Cyril), Carl (Carole) and Christine Nadeau (Roger Jean). Predeceased by her siblings Edna Martin (Léo), Dora Coe (Albert), Rene (Irene), Lommée Robillard (Rhéal), Sylvio O’Bumsawin (Noella), Clement O’Bumsawin (Thérèse), Rose Ryan, Paul O’Bomsawin (Aurore) and Armand. Cherished by fifteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family would like to thank all the nursing staff at St Joseph’s Villa Sunnyside for their care and compassion of their Mother. The family will be receiving relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury, May 15 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated May 16 at 10 am at Ste-Anne-des-Pins Parish, Sudbury.
