It is with profound sadness that the family announces her passing in Val Caron, on Friday, December 2, 2022 at the age of 94 years. Wife of the late Charles Belzile and the late Benoit Desrosiers. Loving mother to Claudette Chénier (Robert), late Jocelyne Pigeau (Roland), Benoit Desrosiers (Patty), Jean-Guy Belzile (Erin), Louise, René Belzile (Michael) and late Roger Belzile. Cherished grandmother to many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Beloved sister to Marguerite Deschamplain and Victoire Michaud (Claude). Predeceased by her siblings: Gérard, Antoinette, Estelle, Berthe, Henri, Adolphe and Laurette. She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family would like to thank the staff at the Elizabeth Centre in Home Area 4 for their care and compassion. A visitation will be held at the Cooperative Funeral Home, 4570 St-Joseph Street, Hanmer, on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at St-Jacques Church, Hanmer.
