It is with great sorrow that the family announces his passing in Sudbury on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at the age of 84 years. Son of the late Wilfrid Savarie and late Lena (née Martin) Savarie. Beloved husband of Jeannine (née Chrétien) Savarie. Loving father of Allan Savarie (Cathy), Marguerite-Anne Savarie and Jim Savarie (Caroline). Cherished grandfather of Jessica (Mike Graham), Scott (Catarina Teles), Andrew, Brianna, Kyle and great-grandfather of Connor and Griffin. Dear brother of Daniel Savarie (Bethe), Marc Savarie, Murielle (Bert Lemay) and Diane (Jene Chya). Predeceased by his siblings Normand Savarie, Rosemarie Savarie and Hilarie Savarie (Beverley). Due to the pandemic, there will be no visitation or service. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
