To the Family of Mr. Robert Girard: On behalf of the Rainy River District Law Association we send our condolences on the passing of your father. Mr. Girard was an Assessment Officer at our Court house for many years. He was extremely gracious, civil and very competent at his job. It was always a pleasure to attend before him on these hearings. He treated everyone with respect. Mr. Girard accommodated the travel to Fort Frances and attended in person which was always appreciated. He will be missed and we are very sorry for your loss.
