OSINSKI, Richard “Rambo”

It is with great sadness that the family announces his passing on July 31, 2022, at the age of 72 years. Son of the late Bruno and late Anna (née Jokat) Osinski. Devoted father of Sherie and David. Dear brother of Heidi (late Fred). Cherished grandfather of Alex, Evan, Jesse and great-grandfather of Nova Rich. Equally missed by all nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was a hardworking miner for Falconbridge for 35+ years. He loved his grandchildren more than anything. An avid outdoorsman who enjoyed life’s simplest pleasure. His adventurous side always brought him to new fishing spots or hunting nooks no one knew about. It was his goal and most favorite pass times. He always included his family into his new found endeavors whether they embraced them or not. We always “tried it once”. His family always came first. As per his wishes, a public visitation will take place at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4570 St-Joseph St, Hanmer on August 11, 2022, from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. A private family burial will take place at a later date. Donations by cheque or online to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
