He will be remembered fondly by his extended family and friends. René was born in French River, Ontario. He and his family lived in Minnow Lake for many years. René worked as a plateworker at INCO for 32 years. René and Thérèse enjoyed music, travelling and spending time at French River. He loved playing the violin with his friends. The family wishes to thank the staff of Red Oak Villa and St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre for their compassionate and kind care. Due to current restrictions of group gatherings, a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements at The COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME. Donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
