It is with great sorrow that the family announces his passing on Friday, September 23, 2022, at the age of 88 years. Son of late Albert and of the late Louise (née Lemieux) Audette. Beloved husband of the late Anita (née Bigras) Audette. Loving father of Louise Rochon (late Marcel), Lise Poirier (Terry), Hélène Séguin (late Guy) and Jeannine Audette (André Bélanger). Predeceased by his son Michel Audette. Dear brother of Paul-Émile (Solange), Reina Courchesne (Aimé), Fernand Audette (Raymonde), Solange Carrière (late Donat), Rolland Audette (Jeanne D’Arc), Lucille Mainville (Gérard), Jacinthe Audette and Marie-Claire (Bernard). Predeceased by his siblings Lorraine Prévost (Aimé), André Audette (late Pauline), Jeannine Audette and Denis Audette (Lynn). Cherished grandfather of Emanuelle, Mario, Benoit, Emilie, Sophie, Julie and Serge. Great-grandfather of Julia, Alexie, Noah, late Elizabeth, Liam, Mia, Caleb, Renée-Anne, Nathan and Carter-June Rochon. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Cooperative Funeral Home, 4570 St-Joseph St., Hanmer, on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at 10 a.m. at Ste-Marguerite d’Youville Church, Val Thérèse.
