The family announces with sorrow, her death in Sudbury, Sunday, January 3, 2010 at the age of 78 years. Daughter of the late Yvonne (née Lafontaine) and Jean Pepin. Wife of the late Lionel Proulx predeceased in 1965). Loving mother of Gisèle Laplante (late Joseph) of Hanmer, Eddée Proulx (Gisèle) of Cantley, Qc, Rhéal Proulx (Sandra) and Simon (Debby) both of Sudbury. Dear sister of Alice Audette (late Gerry) of Rouyn-Noranda, and Henri Pepin (Thérèse Samson) of Granada. Predeceased by her brothers Conrad (late Suzanne), Alphonse (late Lucienne) and Leo Pepin (Mariette of Evain, Qc. Precious grandmother of Normand, Hélène, Tammy, David, Chantal, Jocelyne, Line, Julie and great-grandmother of Kay Lee, Kristen, Daniel, Andrew , Gage, Sierra and Drake. Sadly missed by many relatives and friends. The family expresses its heartfelt gratitude to nurse Gaëtanne and the 5th floor nursing staff at Memorial Hospital and to Dr. Thakrar from Queen?s University, Kingston for their kind and compassionate care. The family will receive relatives and friends for a mass of Christian burial to be celebrated Monday, January 25, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Notre-Dame-de-la-Merci Church, Coniston.
