YOUNG, Marie-Paule (née St-Onge)



It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Marie-Paule Young (née St-Onge) on April 12th, 2020. Beloved wife of Walter Young. Survived by her brother Roland St-Onge (Marie) and nephew Frédéric St-Onge. Loving mother to her late daughter Louise Therrien (late Roger Therrien). Caring stepmother to Michel (Stacie), Joanne (Rick) and the late Suzanne. Devoted grandmother to Eric (Kathy), Anik (the late Richard), Dr. Jamie Lyn (Josh), Corie Ann, Milo and Darcie. Extremely proud great-grandmother to Abella Therrien. Marie-Paule lived for her family. She was kind, thoughtful and constantly worried about their well-being. She had a very big heart and wanted nothing but the best for her husband of 36 years. Never, EVER far from her broom, mop or vacuum, this beautiful soul could spot a speck of dirt from a mile away! She loved to talk and enjoyed sharing stories of her life to close friends and family. In her spare time, she read and often played cards with her dear friends. A Celebration of Life will be held once the current situation abates to allow such a gathering. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, Sudbury.
