The family announces with great sorrow her passing in Sudbury, Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at the age of 86 years. Wife of the late Steve (Etienne) Benoit (1996). Daughter of the late Stephen and of the late Ella Mae (née L’Espérance) Beausoleil. Loving mother of Monique Benoit of Sudbury, Robert Benoit (Carolle Gervais) of Timmins, Michael Benoit (Joyce) of Val Caron, Diane Benoit (Tim Hartwick) of Hanmer and Ronald Benoit (Paula) of North Bay. Dear sister of Thérèse Dubois (late Adrien), Doreen Pilon (late Rosaire) both of Hanmer, Richard Beausoleil of Barrie, Laurent Beausoleil (Sue) of Hanmer and Joan Poirier (Paul) of Val Caron. Predeceased by her siblings Nelson Beausoleil (Betty of Sudbury), Donald Beausoleil (Faye of McCrea Heights), Jeanne Roy (late Rhéal) and Phyllis Laplante (late Léo). Cherished grandmother of Tammy Benoit (Gesse Little), Jamie Deschenes (Heather), Jason Benoit (fiancée Amanda Battistuzzi), Stephen Benoit (Samantha Walter), Ryan Benoit, Brenden Benoit (Jenna), Brianna Benoit, and great-grandmother of Kiana Labelle, Kora Labelle, Grace Evans and Caleb Benoit. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation. A funeral service will be held on Thursday October 13, 2022 at 1 p.m. at the Chapel of the Cooperative Funeral Home, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury.
