In remembering Luigi
When our family came to Sudbury in late 60's, we were also immigrants from the West Indies. Sudbury was a different place in terms of people of colour. My late Mother would take me to Luigi's Salon for my hair cuts as a young six year old. He was always very kind to my Mother and they became good friends, he was always kind and a wonderful Man to me also as I grew older into my teens. Luigi accepted my Mother and I at a time when many didn't in Sudbury in those days. He looked beyond appearance and I will always cherish his decency, kindness and his wonderful smile. Rest Rest Luigi, Rest in Eternal Peace, God Love to your Soul. My sincere condolences to the Presenza Family .
