The family announces with great sorrow her passing in Sudbury, Tuesday, May 12, 2021 at the age of 90 years. Wife of the late Daniel Gémus. Daughter of the late Emile and the late Claudia (née Charbonneau) Despatie. Loving mother of Cyril (Pauline), Denise Allaire, late Hélène Duguay (Roland), Normand (Linda), Gisèle Gémus, Claude (Julie) and Lise Vojtesek (Stan). Predeceased by her siblings Olida (late Priscille), Sr Germaine Despatie sco, Gerard Despatie, Roger Despatie, Fleur Ange Laurin (late Fernand) and Leonard (Alma). Cherished grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family would like to thank the staff at Health Sciences North 5th floor South End for their kind and compassionate care. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation.
