It is with profound sadness that the family announces her death at home on March 2, 2022. She was the beloved wife of André Julien for over 48 years and the much-loved mother of Sylvie and Anne, and Mini Schnauzer, Ruby. Daughter of the late Paul and the late Germaine (née Charbonneau) Bélanger. Dear sister of Clément (predeceased Ida) Bélanger, Colombe (Yvon) Frappier and Stella (predeceased Omer) Beaudry. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law and survived or predeceased by her brothers-in-law on the Julien side of the family, survived or predeceased by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and members of the Fiddleworks/Violon à l’œuvre family, many of whom she loved as her own. Lorraine was an exceptional woman and mother. She will be greatly missed and will always have a special place in our hearts. The family would like to thank all of the healthcare professionals who cared for her over the past 21 years. Donations to the Kidney Foundation or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
