CARDINAL, Léopold
The family announces with sorrow his passing in Chelmsford, Tuesday, February 4th, 2020 at the age of 82 years. Son of the late Henry and the late Jeanne d’Arc (née Beauvais) Cardinal. Beloved fiancée of the late Huguette Bélanger. Father of Pauline Cardinal and Hélène Cardinal. Dear brother of Aimé Cardinal, Lillianne Hietala (Apo), Gérard Cardinal (Rachel), Georges Cardinal and Armand Cardinal (Louise). Predeceased by his sisters Henriette Fay (late Léo) and Rosemay Pick (Colin). Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives, friends, the Bélanger family and the Caissey family. Léo was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish and hunt. He enjoyed flying, building his own plane and playing darts. He loved to dance and was a member of the Club d’âge d’Or. As per his wishes there will be no visitation or service. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, February 22, 2020 between 12 noon and 4 p.m. at the Club d’age d’or, Chelmsford.
