Obituary for Kenneth Lepack

Kenneth Lepack
Kenneth Gordon Joseph Lepack left this world on May 16, 2021 to join his loyal companion Bear in heaven. Ken spent his final days at the Elizabeth Center in Val Caron with his devoted wife Patsy by his side. He was born Jan. 21, 1941 to Joseph and Margaret (Maggie Yereck) Lepack in Otter Lake, Quebec. Ken being the youngest child he had 5 older siblings, Monica (Mona) Kluke, Alex, Frank, August (Gus) all predeceased and Frances Leach. Ken grew up in the Polish Hills just outside Otter Lake, Quebec where he learnt to make maple syrup and worked as a lumberjack and truck driver. He later met and married the love of his life Patsy Stewart from Calumet Island, Quebec. Their marriage was "blessed" with 2 sons and a daughter, Ronald (Amanda), Wanda Vuorela, Joseph and 10 grandchildren Curtis (Tiffany), Craig (Whitney), Mason (predeceased), Jayden (Jenna), Mallory, Kove, Tristin (Ray), Mazra, McKayla (Matt) and Bailey; and 9 great grandchildren. In the 70's Ken moved to Sudbury where he began his career as a miner for "Mother" INCO. When he retired, he enjoyed working on his hobby farm, playing darts, going to the casino and he loved to talk (ALOT). He enjoyed helping his friends by taking them to appointments or picking up groceries. Most days you would find him out for coffee chatting, Ken was a man of many stories and jokes. He will be forever remembered for his unique charisma and charm. Special thanks to the staff at the Elizabeth Center for their compassion and kindness. If you find yourself at a casino, give the machine a spin, think of Ken and just maybe you'll hit the jackpot! As per Kenneth’s request there will be no visitation or service. A celebration of life will take place at his final resting place at the Polish Hills in Quebec. www.cooperativefuneralhome.ca
