It is with great sorrow that the family announces his passing in Sudbury on Thursday, January 12, 2023, at the age of 87 years. Son of the late Anaclet Chartrand and Rose Alma (née Ranger) Chartrand. Beloved husband of Jeannine (née Rioux) Chartrand. Loving father of Janet O’Neill (John), late Raymond (1991), Ronald (Christiane), Gary (Sabra) and Brian. Cherished grandfather of Angela, Marc, Shawn, Josh, Natalie, Patricia, Francine, Alyssa, Ashley, Jessica and great-grandfather of 23 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his sisters and brothers Oscar, Fred, Alice, Delia, Paul, Thérèse, Véronique, Henri, Roland, Aurélien, Alvor, Rodolphe and Omer. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
