My sincerest condolences to the Robert family. I first met Jean when he and Anne lived next door to our family and ran the neighbourhood corner store. I then met up with him again during my career with the Region and subsequently the City of Greater Sudbury. Whenever we would cross paths, he would always ask about my parents and how they were doing. He did a lot for Valley East and for the entire Region. He will be greatly missed.
