It is with profound sadness that the family announces his passing at the Maison McCulloch Hospice, Thursday, February 10, 2022, at the age of 80 years. Loving husband of Lilliane (née Lafantasie) Brunet. Predeceased by his first wife Lorraine (née Dupuis) Brunet. Son of the late Armand and late Joanne (née Chartrand) Brunet. Cherished father of Roger (Diane), Nicole (Mark), Marcel (Pat), Nicole (Rick), Normand and Marc (Jessica). Predeceased by his daughter Denise. Predeceased by his siblings Germain (late Jackie), Roland (Lorraine), Estelle (Raymond) and Rollande (Rene). Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Starlynn (Steve), Deltalee (Jason), Matthew, Chantal (Eric), Justin, Patrick (Sam), Vincent, (Shelby), Chris, Marcel (Danielle), Ryan (Renée), Lindsey (Nathan), Kalen, Benoit, Brooklyn and Sophia. Great-grandfather of 11 great-grandchildren. Equally missed by all nieces, nephews, relative and friends. The family would like to thank all nurses, PSW’s, Doctors and hospice staff for their exceptional care. Visitation will take place at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury Tuesday, February 15, 2022 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place February 16, 2022 at 11 a.m. at the St-Dominque Church. Masks will be mandatory and all social distancing guidelines must be respected. In lieu of flowers, donations by cheque or online to the Maison McCulloch Hospice or hold a mass in his memory would be appreciated.
