Our deepest and heartfelt condolences to the Serre family. Gilberte was the most wonderful and kind-hearted neighbour a person could ask for. We were truly blessed to have her and her late husband as our neighbours for many years and they were more like family to us. Another angel has received her wings and will be deeply missed by many.
