Condolence: It was with great sadness I received the news of Emile's passing. I sat with him on the board for ROWE many years ago and later on would work with him in a professional capacity. Every time I walked into Belanger Ford for work, he always greeted me with a hug. He was a kind soul. I loved hearing about his trips. He will be missed by many.
