It is with great sorrow that the family announces his passing in Sudbury on Sunday, June 5, 2022, at the age of 87 years. Son of the late Hector and late Marguerite (née Corriveau) Rainville. Beloved husband of Denise (née Giguère) Rainville. Loving father of Nicole (Michel Lachapelle), Micheline St-Denis (Gabriel), Jean-Guy (Gisèle), Marc (Louise) and Lynn (Richard Desjardins). Proud grandfather of 9 grandchildren and great-grandfather of 9 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Jeanne, Rita and Fleurette. Predeceased by his brothers Rolland and Raymond. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. In keeping with Claude wishes there will be no visitation. Funeral service will be held at the Cooperative Funeral Home, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury on Friday, June 24th, 2022, at 11 a.m. in Chapel.
