Cécile Schryer
June 27, 2020 – November 25, 2020

It is with great sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of our mother Cécile Schryer (Aubé). She regrettably left us too soon, on November 25th, 2020 at the age of 77 years old, following a long battle with Alzheimer’s at St-Gabriel’s Villa. Beloved wife of late Guy Schryer, loving mother of John, Manon (Lawrence Boon) and Guyanne (Jean Lafrance) and cherished grandmother of her grandchildren Samantha, Jacob, Jordan, Danika and Liam who has brought her great joy. She will never be forgotten for her laughter, her sense of humor, her compassion, her devotion and her resilience. Predeceased by her parents Ernest Aubé and Laura Aubé (Haché) and her brothers John (Gilberte), Armand, Gérald (Alice) and Lorenzo (Joyce). She is survived by her brothers Elzéar (Marjorie), Lévis (Shirley) also her sisters Rita, Émilienne (late Émilien), Marie (Gérard) and Simone (Bernard) all of Bathurst, N.-B. She will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends whom she held dear to her heart. She was an inspiration to many of us and she will also be remembered for her joy of life and her love of knitting, gardening, sewing and cooking. The family would like to thank the Doctors, Nurses, PCAs and the Staff at St. Gabriel’s Villa (Neighbourhoods Vermillion and High Falls) for their dedication, compassion and kindness provided to both Cécile and her family.
