In loving memory of Carmen Reina Eddy (née Poulin) who passed away peacefully with family by her side on Thursday, July 07, 2022 at the age of 86 years. Loving mother of Marlene Charbonneau (late Ricky), Darlene Vaughan (Robert) and Sherry Palomaki (Rick Bullock). Cherished Nana of Tanner (Carley), Ricky (Amylee), Amy, Mason, Melissa (Ryan), Kelsie. And great-Nana of Spencer, Eleanor, Simon and Emry. Daughter of the late Romeo and of the late Irene (née Rivet) Poulin. Dear sister of Raymond (Blanche). Predeceased by her siblings Ronald, Reina, Lillian and Robert. Lovingly remembered by Aunt Germaine, many nieces, nephews, and friends. She was a big fan of the Toronto Blue Jays and she loved playing her keyboard. She created the most beautiful flower gardens for us and now she is in the most beautiful one of all. She was kind-hearted, loving and witty. She kept her sense of humour with stories and jokes right to the end. She fought her fight and now she is at peace. She will be truly missed and will be forever in our hearts. A special thank you to Dr. Walton and the amazing staff with hearts of gold at the Maison McCulloch Hospice. The care and love they gave to her, and her family were greatly appreciated. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation entrusted to the Cooperative Funeral home. A burial will take place at the Lasalle Cemetery on August 20, 2022 at 11 a.m. Donations by cheque or online to the Maison McCulloch Hospice would be appreciated.
