The family announces with sorrow his passing in Sudbury, Sunday, August 9, 2020 at the age of 95 years. Husband of the late Yvette Rodrigue. Son of the late Elzear and the late Blanche (née Beauchamps) Champagne. Loving father of Richard Champagne. Predeceased by his children Normand, Suzanne, and stepchildren Lilliane Faubert (Léonel Béchard), Lucienne Faubert (Jett Landry) and Lise. Predeceased by his siblings William, Alice Lalonde, Jeannette Lalonde, Henri (Florence), Lucienne Duval, Germaine Duval and Jeanne d’Arc Robidoux. Cherished grandfather of Tommy, Robert, Daniel, Jett, Ginette, Anne, Martin, Roxanne, Josée and great-grandfather of Carissa, Ashley, Justin, Alex, Joëlle, Joel, Julia and Alexa. Predeceased by his grandson Pierre. As per Albert’s wishes, there will be no service or visitation.
